Food Safety Training

When: Wednesday, February 18, 2009

Where: Agriculture Building, 4437 S. Laspina St., Tulare

Time: 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.

Each club needs to have at least three 4-H leaders who
have been trained in food safety. In order for your club to
hold any events/fundraisers involving the cooking/baking
of food, there must be a 4-H leader in attendance at that
event who has attended a Food Safety Training meeting
and assisting with the coordination of the activity.
Otherwise, your club will not be able to have any food
fund raisers if the leaders are not trained.
