All new prospective leaders for the 2008-2009 year must attend an orientation which includes being fingerprinted before December 1, 2008. This orientation is for all new leaders, whether it is for a project, transportation or an activity. If an adult is returning after being away from 4-H for over a year (was not a 4-H leader during the 2007-2008 year), they must attend an orientation as a refresher and be fingerprinted again.

Please R.S.V.P. to Shari, 559-685-3309, ext. 203 two days before the date of the orientation. The orientation will be cancelled if there is no response as of that date.
Policy requires all prospective volunteers to be “card carrying” before leading a project meeting or acting in any volunteer capacity.

It’s time for the 2008 Club Officers’ Training. This training is for the incoming officers and anyone interested in serving as an officer in the future. Sessions will cover the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Reporter, Sergeant-at-Arms and Recreation/Song Leader. Pre-registration is required.
A parent or guardian of each member attending the training should be present with his or her child. All clubs officers should be in attendance.
